The tour felt way too rushed for me. We barely had time to really look around or take anything in before moving on to the next stop. I guess we still got to see the main highlights, so it wasn’t a total miss, but I wish the pace had been a lot more relaxed.

The staff were nice and friendly enough, and I didn’t have any issues with the service or the way I was treated. Everyone seemed polite and generally helpful, which I appreciated. That said, the overall experience didn’t really stand out to me in any big way. It was fine, just not anything especially memorable or above and beyond.

I went mostly for the museum, and to be honest, it was a bit disappointing. I wasn’t expecting anything huge, but for the price I thought it would feel better maintained and more engaging. A few sections were interesting, but quite a lot of it felt dated, and there weren’t many staff around to give context or answer questions.

Honestly... it was just way too packed for me!!! There were so many people that I could barely hear the guide, and I couldn’t really see much either. The whole thing felt rushed, stressful, and kinda chaotic?? Not really worth it, in my opinion

Getting back out after the tour was smooth too. For somewhere as busy as Old Trafford, it all felt just simple and stress-free. I’d use it again

I thought the drinks were decent enough, but i was hoping for more options when it came to the food. For me, the menu felt a little limited, so I didn’t leave feeling especially impressed.
